2001 | Stanley A. Sample, doing business as Sample Design & Consulting, was established.
2001 – 2002 | Sample Design & Consulting provided construction contract administration services for HKS, Inc. and the City of Dallas on the 2002 Dallas Convention Center Renovation & Expansion project.
2003 | Sample Design & Consulting provided architectural design and construction contract administration services for the Dallas ISD on multiple school modifications.
2003 | Sample Design & Consulting provided architectural design and construction contract administration services for HKS, Inc. and the Grand Prairie ISD on multiple school renovations.
2003 – 2005 | Sample Design & Consulting provided architectural design services for HKS, Inc. and the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) on the U.S. Census Bureau Headquarters project.
2005 – 2011 | Sample Design & Consulting went inactive.
2012 | Sample Architecture was established.
Stanley A. Sample, AIA | LEED AP BD+C, founding Principal of Sample Architecture, is a registered architect with over 30 years of professional experience from the performance of significant roles as a project manager, project architect or construction contract administrator on a diversity of project types including government, public assembly, education, hospitality, sports and entertainment, multi-family residential, commercial office, corporate office, and healthcare.
Stan is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), the Texas Society of Architects (TSA) and the American Institute of Architects | Dallas Chapter (AIA Dallas), and is a LEED Accredited Professional with specialty in Building Design and Construction (LEED AP BD+C) under the Green Building Certification Institute (GBCI) and the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC).
Stan received his Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA) where he also played on the men’s basketball team.
